I love what Kourtney is doing with Poosh. Everything she talks about in this video is with ease. You can tell she's genuinely passionate about food, diet, exercise and a healthy lifestyle. I hope she expands Poosh into children's health and wellness also. She could really succeed with that.

I actually really love their advice here, especially Khloe about manageable small goals and that she struggled in the start and Kourt about scheduling a workout to make sure she is held accountable. This made them feel really relatable and like body goals are achievable!
I’m thankful for Khloe’s input throughout this video! She’s really knowledgeable - and she looks amazing! I LOVED the idea of jogging with True in the wagon. Also, seeing her body transform in to the power house it is now is yet another reminder that hard work pays off. Would love to see more of KhloMoney!!

Not a question but a suggestion talking about What to do for sweaty hair. I’m a hairstylist and I highly recommend using a clay based dry shampoo and then blow drying it in after your workout! Blow drying it in is key because it absorbs all the wetness which is the main problem. Love you both and loved this video! Hope to see more

I love that you and Khole are not afraid to indulge once in a while. I have been working on eating healthy and not being hard on myself when I have a treat meal. Yesterday, I had a non fat mocha and a chocolate chip cookie from Starbucks. Then I had 3 slices of cauliflower turkey pepperoni pizza for lunch. I felt a little guilty because I over did it. I need to cut back on my treat meals. I eat healthy most of the time, so when I have a treat I over do it some times. I love that you both eat what you want and not feel guilty about it.

Cleaning my studio and going up and down stairs everyday is some of the workout I do. A lot of walking, stretching, bending, resistance exercises. 👧 Thank You for suggestions.🍒

So this was a great interview to watch - really enjoyed the interaction between Khloe and Kourt. My current favorite workout is to actually put on old episodes of KUWTK on Hulu and doing walking and other exercises with handweights while watching the old shows. Try to do at least 30 mins before work each day. I find that not watching workout videos or being very structured helps me to just enjoy the workout and look forward to it and actually do it each day instead of putting it off.
Love this! All practical applications as someone who makes fitness and food part of their own lifestyle as well... the bottom line is just deciding to do it and committing to that.
I definitely look forward to more of these. Great tips and tricks for a better eating and exercise at home ideas.

Because she’s literally been thrashed by media and online forums for every angle of her body for years. I get it’s annoying but i feel sorry for the shit she’s gone through. Total body dysmorphia at its finest. LOVE her though. If she wants to use a filter, let’s just let her use a filter.
