Yeah wow, I was ,and still am in Australia and I was 13yo. Even then I loved all things Sci-Fi...feels like fiction how fast the years go by...mate we're old men lol.
A big Thank you for posting this. This book and the character of Zakal changed my life! I used to have this on tape years ago ,but completely worn it out.The scenes of Zakal with James Doohans brilliant reading sounds great on stereo turned up. There's a lot of humor in it as well. Brings back great memories hearing it again. Disappointed that no one's taken up the Zakal character in a book. Guess it would have been too violent Too bad.ty
This was also a nice 👍 memory of our beloved cast! It’s a good 😊 thing that they made these tapes a long time, ago!Because,we’re losing all our Star ⭐️ Trek cast!Or,as my mom said;it’s a good thing that they made Star ⭐️ Trek a long, time, ago!Yes,these actor’s will be immortizled in this series!I’ve learned,a librarian wrote; The Empath, but,I can’t remember her name.It didn’t get a good review from the two men watching it.Some Star Trek serie’s are good, and some Star ⭐️ Trek series aren’t that good!Or,that’s;show business! As they used to say,in the business!
I learned to read Tarot cards from a friend, and always considered it a funny little game, for parties, or the gullible. Sometimes it was eerily truthful, but I thought, coincidence. My friend asked me to read cards for him. Everything was death, calamity, disaster, draw after draw. I tried to make it seem better than it was, but it was disturbingly horrible, from end to end, with every spread. Three days later, most of his immediate family was murdered, children included. I don't think Tarot is such a parlor game now, and I don't do Tarot readings for anyone, now.
@@thedarkergerkinreally? Divination has existed for as long as man. I once, trying to impress a girl, predicted a flood, divined in the thin layer of cirrus stratus. Cars were floating down the road the next day... Yet she didn't seem to care leading me to wonder "WTF does it take to impress a girl???" If you'd like, I can explain, through science, how things such as prescient dreams are very real... It's a long conversation however and if you have no intention to read it, I won't bother. Somehow something even more miraculous seems even less impressive to people...
If the original poster would like to provide a source for the child murder they predicted I would be happy to take them more seriously. But that is wild claim, regardless of what you believe.

Love hearing Doohan’s voice slide in and out of Scotty’s accent
Thank you for reading this. Have hard time sleeping. This helps. I'll be trying more of your upload 🙂😉
Never get tired of hearing Nimoy’s voice
This audiobook got me really into audiobooks! Audiodramas… I’d listen repeatedly since 1989? Lol as a teenager

I don't like giving people bad news either... Sometimes it feels like no matter what you do, you cannot change certain events...

@@silvergalaxie,
I have it on straight TV and it sounds fine.
What is that awful high-pitched screech, obscuring the narrative?? Terrible audiobook.
