Wow great video you really opened my eyes on these guns of the past especially that quack no.5 pellet and .22 short . I am.blown away by the quality of these guns of the past I guess one when I come into some big$ ill pick.up some of these gems 💎
Thanks for showing us your instruments of Fun. Learned a lot about airguns from you. Friend told me a local warehouse had a couple of different refurbished Beemans on sale for apx. 1C note. He doesn't shoot but said lol " They had wooden stocks 1 used that gas stuff - Co2 😆- had a peep sight & other one you had to cock the barrel & it had a scope. 😆 May have to make a trip Tuesday & spend a little money. Take care.

@@WalnutandSteel It's always fun to have some who knows nothing about arms to describe them to you. Lol. Should be worth the 17 mile trip for $100. He did say that had a refurbished black one too. I said a Gamo & he thought that might be it. With my luck they will be 22 caliber & I will have to buy 22 pellets instead of just 177. Money can buy Happiness!! 😆 Take care.

I threw it in because I think it is probably the best value in air guns available today. It was a real toss up between it and the 1377 or 1322

i like those first 2 pistols . those are really nice quality. i have a scott & webly tempest pistol that is really fun to shoot . great quality air pistols.
For me the Quackenbush...also the Crossman old timer surpass the others....I just love vintage guns....I'm still searching for a Quackenbush here in the UK...they're not cheap here...British collectors love them...just gotta keep trying....Merry Christmas from the United Kingdom.

New subscriber! Great videos! I am a FWB-124 fan. Have the one my dad bought me in 1986. I am more of a FWB-300s rather that the Walter LGR but that is more personal preference! Great videos looking forward to more. Great job!

I would like to see you shoot the Winchester model I saw on your rack in this video. One Christmas late '50s early '60s my Dad bought both my brother and myself one and we had a lot of fun with them. I took down a Quail with a temple shot and used to break match sticks at 20 feet. Years later I did quite well with an M-14 and an M-16 thanks to my early experience with the Winchester.
I did do a few videos on it in the past. Its a Daisy 1894

I have a standard Hw50 and ive changed the factory trigger for the record trigger and had the spring slightly reduced and the gun tuned and it shoots very nicely.

That counterbalanced break barrel pistol is very cool! I had no idea there was such a thing. Very interesting because I hate the recoil of springers and how violent it is on optics
It is too cool I really hope to find more of the variations they made with this system. Diana also had a springer rifle with the same arrangement. The price of these collectible air guns has really gone up.
Also sold as Original model 6 , a similar style but less expensive and recoiling model 5 was also available.

Its a great pistol but I think the beeman p17 is a better choice.

you say the webley springer pistol is the nemesis and everything i find about the webley nemesis is a co2 and i don’t see that particular model that you are shooting on their website

i have an fwb124d that i bought in 1974 from beemans and had it serviced about 10yrs ago and i still love it
found it!!
The one I showed is from a while back probably early 2000’s. It’s a single stroke pneumatic not a springer. It really is quite a shame that Webley discontinued this model in favor of a co2
Re the Walter lgr you said bench rested at 10 MTRS they go in the same hole if you had said 30 MTRS I might be impressed otherwise good vid nice runthough of some fine classics I ve shot my weihrauch 97kt at 30mtrs 5shots 5.5 diablos 6.5 mm hole not bragging the 97kt is that good maybe best Springer ever keep up the good vids
I have shot the LGR at 25 yds and it was very tight still at that length. But it doesn’t have the power to go much further. It was always intended to be a 10 meter competition rifle.

Various places. I find a lot of interesting airgun stuff on ebay, but the majority I have found roaming around local shops.
You said you'd be remiss if you didn't include your one PCP rifle, then you said absolutely nothing about it, didn't even say what it was. By the way, the silencer, the proper term on an air gun is a moderator. Kind of like proper term for on a firearm is a suppressor.

@Walnut and Steel apparently if it is removable and not integral to the gun. I left my HW95k and air arms tx200hc back in England for this reason.
