- This week it's a CONSTABLE LANA TAKEOVER! Based out south in the neighbourhood policing team in Clendon, Auckland - Lana picks up the camera and takes us through her shift week. Any questions - fire away! (+ don't fret - Constable Hurn will be back!)
You guys should mix up the vlogs between Constable Hurn and Lana. Both have awesome perspectives 👌
Gender equality aye hahahaha
Just Lana Plz
Did real good in front of the camera. your intermission information, like about the speed cameras etc was really interesting. keep doing that!!!
Grooves ahaha groove, what are the odds of seeing you here🤖
@@ryang2190 learning all I can before applying my guy XD
what a surprise seeing you here hehe
She's not only pretty but she has a great humour also.
russian president why are you here lil boy. Go away
@@Stillchannel22 😂😂😂😂😂
@@russianpresident4784 Ok sir, obviously you don't understand what your talking about and you haven't done any research. I don't know what country your from, but in NewZealand we don't speak like that to anyone but especially to our bravest.
Love the vlogs.
Doesn't matter who's doing them.
I learn something everytime.
Keep them coming.
Excellent video, especially for your first time. Very interesting to see the behind the scenes things that go on in the police station. I can definitely see how the tattoos would help you identify with people. I know from past volunteer experience that some people can be nervous approaching police. Also that while priority one driving can look like fun and can induce a bit of adrenaline, it is also a big responsibility as if you have an accident that is your fault you are still fully responsible.
I alway watching this vlog every time when loaded up. Did great job for the first vlog Lana! Thank you for the continuing vlog!! Cheer’s
Crime rates increase in New Zealand due to Lana being a cop LOL 😂😂😂

Naturally I found this extremely entertaining. Cheers from your blue brother in Kentucky US
how do the cops there compare to new zealand?
Dr Bass don't know. I would love to ride with them a few months and find out.
You should come and find out for yourself you'd freak out for the fact that our Police officers don't go around shooting people for the most dumbest reasons that they could possibly think of. Our Police here in Aotearoa a.k.a New Zealand are respectful and show alot of compassion towards other people even when someone has gone out of their way to try abuse our Officers they still manage to hold their composure and they definitely deserve their respect as Police Officers as it's not something they demand but that they've earned on a daily. I'm no saint and have stuffed thing's up for myself with the law numerous amount of times but one of my nieces is a frontline officer and my daughter wants to be a Police officer so i fully Tautoko them. (Tautoko which is the Māori translation word for support). 1 love to our New Zealand Police force you guy's really do make a difference to our Land ka mau te wehi Kia ora.
@@realpolicetalk Pack up the family and come over, its too rough over there.
Dale Mehana not too rough for me I love it.

OMG - Awesome - You were born for the camera 😉😎
So inspiring 👌
Love the Vlog, don’t get to see any more of this stuff from Aus
I just watch these cause they real entertaining
Some of the coolest officers of nz bru.
More singing and dancing please Constable Crichton!! I’m a massive fan xxx
Ayyyy, need to get you in the vlogs too G haha
Visenya hahahah
You massive fans of pork chops..
Aw buzzy, Thats the one lana 💯 Its me Tau , we all grew up playing on the road at lema place ✌🏽 Keep doing what your doing , Lessshgoooo 🙌🏽
As an officer in the States it’s weird not seeing a squad computer or cage for the back seat to do secure transport for suspects in custody. Can dispatch push call updates/notes digitally onto phones or does everything need to be broadcast on the radio. Additionally can officers conduct vehicle registration and driver license checks from their car without having to call it through dispatch? All in all it’s a good VLOG series and interesting to see what’s the same or different in other countries.
Nz police officers are the kindness in the world they try to help in anyway they can she’s a example of them
Im trying to go for the police here in Western Australia, Good vlog btw
Damn these vlogs are awesome!
She is really beautiful and smart police...
She has to take police of the year award awesome job officer God bless NZ
Great video. And compliments on the tats, nice work.
Inspiration for our people. All the best
And that’s a wrap ! Your first vlog couldn’t have went better ! Keep up the great Videos NZ Police 👮♂️

Really enjoyed watching this!! I like Lana :)
This is an awesome channel !!! subscribed
Omg i love this. Was looking into joining the police force last year. These vlogs are amazing! Keep up the awesome mahi guys. Cant wait for more vids 😍💪
Big ups to her 👏🏼👏🏼 enjoyed this vlog alot. I want to be a cop now because of her 😂😂
You are awesome x one thing i noticed is that in NZ police cars you don't have anything to separate the driver from the suspect in the back, like a guard or protective screen or something like in the US or other countries. From an officer safety point of view.
Yess. Love this vlog!!! 😁
she is a people person indeed, makes for a great police officer.
More please. Yes.
I had advice from a constable that visited my school to see the world, get into different jobs, meet different kinds of people and then join the police later on. I reckon I have never seen so many different people in many different jobs I’ve been, in this country alone.
I watch New Zealand stuff sometimes now thanks to New Zealander Alex Gilbert. In case you have not heard of him: born in Russia, adopted and raised by an awesome wonderful Zealand husband and wife team. Him mum and dad truly are the best!
I really appreciate and put my hands up to young women in the police force, you have strength being in your job,
Why do you get lots of leave? Just a genuine question :) like over the usual 4 weeks annual leave a year?
Great job Lana! I’d love to see more vlogs from you since Constable Hurn is out at the moment. Keep up the great work and enjoy your job!
This is cool love the vlogs
Lana, you have a great vloging talant! Looking forward for some more episodes with you! I did enjoy this ride along soooooo much!
Hello from Newcastle Australia
:) loved it!
so nice to see you
I’ve always been curious, I have 2 questions.
1: how do you know when a radio call is for you specifically?
2: Can you activate your lights and sirens on your steering wheel?
@haimona tipene . They have call signs that are used for each specific units which is assigned to them. Your second question I'm not too sure about. I don't think so. But I think you can activate the radio as I said not fully sure
Yes to the 2nd question theres buttons on the steering wheel
Her eyebrows though!! 😍
Excellent on camera! Youre an inspiration. This is where my daughter wants to take her career the police force. Thank you for the vlog
Great job. Stay safe
Do you get secure parking for your own car during the day?
I have entered the vetting process atm and only have that one question so far.
I have a Mitsubishi Evolution and a Toyota Supra which I wouldn't want to be stolen during my shift haha
👍 good vlog
Graduated police college at 19 and working for about 3 years now. Currently 22 waow.
I love these vlogs why didn't I discover this earlier. From one New Zealand vlogger to another keep up the awesome this awesome content 👍
Wow!! You’re gorgeous and have a humorous personality.
Love this! So nice to see what’s going on behind the scenes. I noticed that there are a lot of single use bottles used though. Is NZ police working on being more sustainable in the future?
Pride🤘
Integrity👍
Guts🤜
