Nice folks that work at the store. However, as a company, I only give them ** 2 Stars for communication across the board. Phone help, Online help, shopping cart, and tracking is abysmal. You can enplane away the lack of help due to low employees count, but the online is just a bad website and not willing to spend the money to join use in this decade of ecommerce.
