  • In Cubase and Nuendo it can be helpful to route signals not just to a bus, but to its individual signals. Especially with Dolby Atmos, it makes sense to route tracks directly to the LFE channel of a bed.
If I could help you, I'd be happy about a virtual coffee ;-)

For lfe I do child bussing too on my group tracks. However i use a lfe FX track with some kind of subharmonic plugin and low pass filtering (to avoid a full range lfe)
Then i do just send automation on the source track.

Low pass Filtering is just at my stems at the LFE. Subharmonics or Plugins Just per Clip with Direct-Offline-Processing for having Access to all of parameters. There are a Lot of ways. I like yours, too.

Hey, thabks for this video! I have issues setting my LFE up. I can’t seem to get it to receive any signal whatsoever. I’m trying to set it up as an object or a bed but it’s not working. What am I doing wrong?

Additionally, i tried using the knob and it’s just not getting any signal. I’m guessing it’s an issue with the way I’m routing it. Should I check something out that’s not in the Audio Connections tab?
