I think the same situational changes are the ones Specially if you can get a Goalie that is playing recently like jonas urbig who actually i think u own u bought him when u spent 1K woth ur parents now plays in the 2nd bundesliga

Dennis Appiah a player with change in situation, dropped down a league and been doing well so far
And the way I like to think of the threshold grind in cap 240 is, from these players which combination will get 3 decisives (or pseudo-decisive through AA) and two starting appearances, and then it's down to variance!

you know what else they should do, make a cap 200 or they could do it in 220, any left over points after creating your team are given as bonus points and credited to your final score. :)

BurgInho13- i think that players that get rotated regularly are good value for consistent cap mode. Like the offense at fener for example. They balance their l15 because of sup appearance but are able to hit decisives to out beat there average
