Since 1823, the Union has been promoting debate and discussion not just in Oxford University, but across the globe.
I adore Stanley Tucci. I love the openess and honesty of his answers to the students. He's a real human. I love the Time Team too.
I’m so delighted to see him happy and healthy.
Mr Tucci reminds me of my HS history teacher, Mr Stefanacci whom I admired tremendously.
Excellent! (I'm so pleased he spoke about his portrayal of Eichmann in ''Conspiracy'...) xx SF
It's damn validating hearing a man as cultured and talented as Stanley Tucci talking about Britain's health system and arts priorities so positively. But it does not mean that those wonderful aspects of what I believe once was a truly enlightened society, that emerged out of the ashes of WWII and an imperial past, haven't been under relentless attack - and have been massively diminished after 40 years of a concerted neoliberal assault. We're heading right back to the pre-war status quo of exploitation, social divide and rule, and frustration and despair for millions, in other words. I think we're already there.
So sorry Stanley, but the Britain I once knew has gone backwards.
Loved "The Big Night" - and when he played Muerte "Morty" in "Undercover Blues"
Excellent 👌🏻
Don't know why he would like to have his hair back...he looks amazing!!!!
I feel like the interviewer wasn't the right one for this interview.
"Great!"
Loved Mr Tucci in Montana
I'm the person who looked disappointed when he said time team... sorry Stanley 😂😂
The most wonderful of actors loved this interview

@@MrApacis yeah I was at that event and had a meet and greet beforehand :)
@@sophiedrinky9621 awesome. I enjoyed watching this video, so I can only guess how cool must it have been to actually be there.
Well, as person who loves Italian food Stanley Tucci supports a reason to do so.
I'm also a lover of Italian cuisine.

Top 3 Stanley Tucci's Roles

3rd Leonardo Da Vinci
I'll listen to Stanley, and watch Stanle, in about anything (exception: The Lovely Bones ... too difficult of a subject matter). Thanks for the cocktail lesson, Stanley, during stay-at-home orders!
Very rough flick...as someone who worked in a homicide unit for years you develope a compartmentalization while dealing with various ways humans behave like animals...but I must admit that once removed from the daily horrors...I too found this profoundly disturbing and difficult to watch if not for the outstanding acting from a man so profoundly removed from the twisted soul he portrayed. His ability to encompass the diabolical mind in this film purely demonstrates his outstanding acting versatility.
tucci gang tucci gang tucci gang
Just you then
Stanley Tucci to me the guy who know how to rock a suit, after Daniel Craig.
Great Actor!!!
Decent human being too.
And hot! :)
Oh , Hi Marty!!
I thought the audience was dead until they laughed....I wish they had abit more life (them plus the interviewer ) Stanley Tucci can be very fun
why does enjoyment have to be loud
Excellent :)
Was Stanley in wiseguys?!
Big Night......that was the one.
He always looks fabulous.
"Mic Chick" truly needs to get some louder heels... ;)
How to look good at 50. Wake up: work your fucking arse off for 1-2 hrs in the gym. Eat brown rice and vegetables.
Actors get a hard time but I couldn't be that disciplined.
Take a shot each time the moderator says "You know". You'll be drunk in 10 minutes
Bring Taylor Swift next
I'm sure someone as articulate and smart as he is, understands the reasons why the arts are cut first. The simple answer is money. People don't spend thousands of $$ and travel over the country to cheer for an art exihibit, they do it for their favorite college and pro teams. Also, the emphasis of education today is not to be educated, but to be qualified to get a well-paying job. Does it make sense that someone who runs around dribbling a basketball makes 1000x more than a talented art or music teacher...or any teacher at that? No. Unless you're the one who owns the team that is making millions. The only way this will change is by a change of cultural values by citizens, not by governments or schools.
Fuck knows what Jennifer in the comments is going on about
some really stupid questions at the end...Oxford has seriously lowered the bar
Uninspired. ST seems tired. The interviewer and the questioners are uninteresting.
I agree. what is odd about a terminal patient making jokes about cancer? it's the way real people cope with suffering much of the time. What a twit.
The evanescent amount endogenously attract because english singly stamp despite a barbarous hardhat. flawless, ajar currency
He does understand the 'squelching' of art, he's just not articulating it - shame.
What do you mean by the "squelching of art"?
I know, that the interviewer is a flippin Brit; but, does he nonetheless have to be so curt, and dry...??
It's the Oxford Union. What were you expecting, Oprah?
wow mr obvious
