Thank-you for taking the time to do that. I am getting my seat in my '83 cutlass recovered and I had to get the rear seat out before tomorrow. Quick check on youtube, and your video really helped me out. Much appreciated.
It's almost 1 in the morning, why am I watching this?... oh right because I had a random midnight thought of going on a road trip in my Impala and taking the backseat off but leaving the part of the seat you sit on, on and then I could sleep in trunk of my Impala and still have enough room. 😜
cheers man, Im in New Zealand...my car is an 92 Australian Holden Commodore. Runs a Buick 3.8 V6 Series 2 with a north/south facing rear wheel drive configuration....great engines, skids up real easy even with auto on dry day...lol
Hey, is there a way to add a electric trunk release? I got a 97 lesabre custom. Apparently an electric trunk release wasn't included in that trim level. Trust me I looked. Checked the glovebox and looked to the left of the steering column. It does look like I got a 3 wires going to the latch when I look through the back seat, so wondering if the wiring for it is already there.
i used to work at an auto recyling place years ago and that was the best part of the job, pullin back seats. found all kinds of shit under them. wallets booze you name it.
I have a ford tempo,,, I have no idea how to remove the front seats...how do you do it? I want to switch them since the driver side seat is already used up big time..
Yeah my 92 tempo has 480,000km in it and it runs and starts like a Ferrari. The trick is change plugs, wires, coil and O2 sensors every year + run high octane gas + by every synthetic oil change (3000Km) use STP 5 in 1 and use guarantee to pass fuel thing + change transmission oil every year synthetic
Thank you thank you thank youuu! Lol I just got my first car and of course I'm excited so I bought cute girly seat covers, and it said "take back bench out, I was like how the fuck am I gonna do that?
Many thanks! Mine is a '94 Buick Regal sedan so same, easy procedure - after watching this video that is. Much appreciated.
