@@homi1001 a F2P game as popular as csgo is the most realistic way to test any card for gaming, if it's anything shy of perfect you'll know. Becuase nearly everyone knows what csgo should look like in terms of smoothness. Granted I claim all this not actually ever playing scgo myself
yeah CS:GO is more dependant on an ok CPU (Something from the 2010s for example)

after seeing the touch bar on macbooks run DOOM i want to see someone run DOOM on that lcd display.
I doubt that would work unless you mod the hardware. It's probably a seperate circuit that does little more than reading from some low-bandwidth memory chip on the card, hence the long upload time and few options to change what's displayed...
@@IzzyIkigai Maybe you could re-flash some micro controller on that thing or something. Technically the same hardware.
@@ThePC007 Technically, that might be true, but realistically that would mean taking apart the thing and finding the controller and then getting it off the board to flash it unless they actually put it a way to do that through the software but.. that means reverse engineering their proprietary software. guess what's probably faster xD
@@IzzyIkigai Maybe it's conveniently placed in a position that allows attaching a programmer to it and then reflashing it without desoldering it first. Who knows?

I usually do go for Gigabyte cards because I love their tri-fan cooling with the counter-rotating middle fan. It keeps everything so quiet. I wish they hadn't skipped on the good capacitors with their initial batch of 3080's or I'd have one right now!
The wind claw feature they are talking about is the stator vanes behind the two outer fans.

This is the card I've been waiting for since I found out about it. It's gonna take a while to be able to buy it in Bulgaria, but I believe it will be worth it. I am also considering the non-Aorus Gigabyte version of this, but I love this one's aesthetic.

Honestly AMD had the perfect chance to beat Nvidia by actually being available. Instead I'm essentially forced to go Nvidia because at least there's stock of Ampere sometimes rather than no times

Just to mention something. I have the same gpu model. But with the rtx 3070 version.
I would recommend a gpu bracket. It is a heavy graphics card. And you can already see it is sagging in the video.
Also, one negative I have about this Aorus model is the placement of the 8pins. This makes the cables not as straight as what I would hope. However, all these problems can be fixed with mounting it vertically.
And we thought linus was smooth on the LTT store plug. Good job sir.

I have 3070 with this cooler and its flipping great, cool and silent - under 2k rpm at 65-68C with +200 on core and 1100 on memory, literally a beast of a cooler.
I've had this card in my build since it first dropped. I got it for msrp. The LCD screen is a total gimmick that doesn't even work and even causes issues. I had stuttering on the desktop that was related to the LCD updater service. If that weren't bad enough the LCD resets to the default chibi time thing on every reboot. Despite these issues the card hasn't crashed once in a game, runs under 70c and almost completely silent.
I have this card.Its soooo good.AND it has two HDMI ports and a whopping 16 GB Memory.
I pray anyone that sees this is successful in life
