How To Install a Spoilboard on a Phantom CNC

In this video, we show how to properly attach a spoilboard to a vacuum and non-vacuum CNC machine. This can be the process for both Phantom and other brand CNC machines. Having a proper spoilboard is essential to having an accurate machine and good cutting performance on any CNC machine.

I wrote a program that has all of my mounting holes and the counterbores in it. That way the screws always go in the same place. (I drilled and tapped my holes in the table 1/4-20)
