The reason why everything is on cloud is because the large dataset which can be trained by many people. Macbook does not have computing power to train huge datasets. May be try it with small set of data. image training ellam takes 24-48 hours. tensorflow, Pytorch, Huggingface are big libraries done improved and trained by millions. own computer la work aaganum na its not simply possible because of the computing power.
