    It might be an idea to talk about subscribing to your channel at the beginning of the video rather than at the end to maintain calm for the person listening to it. Apart from that this was a really good meditation.

      I understand. We might remove it from some videos in the future. Putting it in the beginning might turn people off or away from the video. We need to find a balance of trying to grow our channel while keeping our practices pure and helpful.

      I am perfectly fine with the message at the end. It’s a great guided meditation and it is free for all to access, that promotion at the end is far shorter that the majority of other free videos.

    So good, I was in a lot of pain physically., overdid, daughter getting on my nerves (she’s 21), spilled a glass of water! Tuned to my favorite station and found this. What a blessing! Thank you!

    My day today was stressful and before this meditation I had the familiar feeling of being overwhelmed. Right now, I do not feel overwhelmed; so this meditation has been helpful in this regard. I especially liked the imagery of the Ocean, from the turbulent surface down to the deep calm! I am aware my comments of 2 months ago missed the message, mostly the calm of a deep, blue sea.

    At the end of this meditation, when we are told to let the mind do whatever it wants, I thought that the mind does not want to be burdened by the effort to do all it is thinking that has to be done and would really want to be able to do things with ease.
