Special Order: Renewing a Five-Year Farm Bill

In the almost five and a half years since the last farm bill was signed into law, the world has drastically changed. Congress must pass a comprehensive, five-year farm bill that is long enough to provide certainty to producers and short enough to respond to market changes and strengthen the safety net accordingly.
