Thank you for posting this. Ive heard similar, the problem I have with thinking this way, and I do, is that I know its her loss. Its our loss. Its mine too. And I feel bad for her, and was trying to get her to see her mistake. I felt really bad, and pitied her. But I care too much for someone that doesn't feel the same for me. She is also young, and even though ive had relationships before so I have the perspective to know how good we had it, she does not, so she just may have to learn the hard way, and i know that might mean that it may take too long to do for us to get back together.
I'm 8 months NC since discovering my ex fiancee's new dude. We've known each other 14 year's and were close. In that time I've moved, put on 14lbs of muscle , and have a new gorgeous gf I wasn't even looking for who's amazing. However I'm a bit surprised she hasn't reached out and I was close a few times just to see how she was doing but I ended up canceling the idea. We've never went this long without speaking. Going back to her would be a downgrade in comparison to who I'm with now. But I do care about her as a person. I'm just glad I didn't make a fool of myself reaching out to her.

I did no contact for two month, after that i send him a question and he answered it really fast but neutral and short. a few days later i send him another question and he ignores it. why that?
What if I did no contact on someone that I considered more than a friend but she only considered me as a friend. Will it work the same?? I decided to do no contact after for a while acted distant more and more. My no contact game is growing stronger each day but the fear of her blocking me and me losing her is still there

She blocked me twice now because I called her out on lies ... now she been in a relationship with her parents neighbor for 4 months an we broke up 5 months ago.. an she lived with her parents half the time we where together an we been together almost 5 yesrs . It sounds like that’s a rebound relationship to me if she got with him a month after breaking up with you. I would try a different approach. Instead of pinpointing what she has done to contribute to the downfall of your relationship, I would instead focus on what you can do to better yourself. If you have done anything like overstep or say nasty things, I would apologize (briefly) for that if you have any line of communication open still. Either way, give her space and time. You guys dated for 5 years, she’s not just going to forget you! But continuing to act in a way that turns her off is going to keep pushing her away, so you need to identify what went wrong and how you can improve in your relationship.

Hey coach I have a question so after me being needy I decided to go into contact recently with my ex and at work 2 days ago she came up to me and asked what car I was driving (we had conversations about me getting a car while we were together) and I told her to follow me and then I said the green one and she said “that’s not green” and started laughing and then she proceeded to say “well it’s nice I like it” and I thanked her for it.... I don’t want to reach but do you think that’s a good sign?
I have a different question. I am after no contact, we established communication via facebook(we text each other everyday, not 24/7 but alot), met multiple times, she was fine with some playfull things like tickling and stuff, but when i went for a kiss she said "lets not hurry". We've been in contact for over 3 weeks, met up 3-4 times. What would be the best way to aproach this? Should i distance myself a little bit giving her space and let her initiate things, or just go with the flow as it is now, and re-try the kiss/or ask on a real date in a few weeks or so?

I would like to know how to stop having hate.. I am aware of a lot of things, and am pretty sure i could forgive and let go of weird beliefs i have but i can not forget the harm. And i should hate myself for that. But i already gave it my all. Ended badly but i am still here so heh.

Before my ex broke up with me we were doing distance because her school is a couple states away from me. I applied and got accepted to transfer to her school. She broke up with me and told me I should not go. After the breakup we saw each other on and off after the break up and then I had to move across the country. Before I left we agreed we do no contact for awhile then talk to each other and discuss doing distance. I recently decided I’m stil going to go to her school and I told her and she got mad at me and said there’s no way we’ll be together at all now. So now I’ll be at her school alone. Should I just stick to no contact for now?
Or it could just mean that they have moved on and are no longer interested.

Hello coach.
How can I make him chase me again? We are in a long distance for 3 years. Well, he started to act distant, careless. I don’t know what going on. I did no contact then I found myself falling in love more and more with him I chased him I did the biggest mistake but what happened already happened. He told me he doesn’t want anything for now and I cannot understand what that means? Is it final breakup or break for a little while? He didn’t clarify things to me, even he didn’t end it. I’m confused. Then I started to beg and plead for nothing I did nothing bad for him, I didn’t hurt him. I begged him to start a new page. He didn’t reply so I apologized for forcing him. And now I’m in NO CONTACT again. It’s been 11 days no communication at all. I’m acting busy I’m actually not active in IG. I don’t know what to make him regret or to chase him.
