the bar end weights are to damp engine vibration through the bars for the most part, the fork oil needs replacing most likely and new seals are likely a good idea mate
Love it. Glad you’re enjoying your Burger Van, even with niggles 👍🏻 P.S. those poppers you lift up with a flat head, they push in to remove & you replace them with the centre pin out & push them flush to secure 😉 You’re welcome 🤣😂
Hi, just curious as to what made you go for the burgman over keeping the Himalayan, was it more of a practical decision with the big burger having more protection or where you becoming dissoluded with the Himalayans quality and performance ? Thanks Rob
Hi Rob, a bit of both to be honest, my wife would not get on the Himalayan but she has already been on the burger. I'm fairly okay with the spanners but i was getting fairly tired of the constant maintenance of the himmy. It's a real shame but the build quality (Himalayan) is extremely poor. The engine paint was literally falling off. The forks paint was bubbling up and bursting open with white fur. The wheel rims were rusting from the inside out. I have lost all faith in royal Enfield
Love that colour Red on your Suzuki Vision project
Thanks bud ☺️
MR E you and I are on the same wave length thumbs up
Perfect video.
Great video mate
Welcome to motorcycle maintenance with Bob Flemming 😂

Cheers bud 😊 the weights are staying off, there's little to no vibration. Yes I'm Deffo going to change the fork oil

There are two types, the one you lever out do exactly that, the smaller ones do push in to remove. Your welcome 😘

I am not English so probably I couldnt understand, you said front forks are crashing, is that right? I mean burgmans front forks are not good enough?
They do suffer from harsh front suspension
