And if you don’t eat enough healthy fats and proteins... you likely find yourself having cravings for sugar to supplement the caloric losses. Butter is rich in Omega fatty acids that are healthy for you. This of course is only true if you buy well made, grass fed butter.

Butter does make you obese just like everything in right amounts, problem with butter is that is processed fat but with same nutrition value. 100g of butter has 900 calories which most people forget, while they just keeping increasing amount of butter they put in their dishes. And all Gordon did was make healthy scrambled eggs unhealthy by almost tripling their caloric value. Beside that everything else you said about proteins and fats is correct.

I started making scrambled eggs the Ramsay way 2 weeks ago and and I made them at least 9 times during that time. They taste absolutely delicious and it is amazing to experiment with them to add new flavours!
...and it is also very good with just a little bit of butter 😉
This style of scrambled eggs is now my go-to. Sour cream is a good substitute for creme fraiche if you don't have easy access to it.
Tried this today and it's absolutely delicious! 😋 Getting tired of all these "healthy" recipes and wanted to eat something truly tasty. Thank you, chef!
