Paps wooden toys , obviously selling these , what do you get for them using white oak and walnut cost a bit and a hearty weight as well , nice looking trucks too 🍻
Beautiful work and creativity man. I think i'd find a different finish than polyurethane though. It's so tough to apply evenly on intricate details and takes so long to dry: it ends up looking a bit rough. If I was going to let kids play with the toys I would use a Beeswax/mineral oil mix or a shellac. If I was confident it would never get chewed I would use a lacquer or Pre-cat every day plus sunday...dries in minutes and baby smooth.
Thank you! some toys we dip in Mineral oil and let dry. I did obtain a letter making sure polyurethane was safe for children if they were to chew on the toys. ill try the beeswax and see how it works :)

@@papswoodentoys2022 it's pretty simple you just melt some beeswax intO the mineral Oil. Turns out the consistency of Vaseline and you wipe it on.
