Excellent, concise demo.. Thank you very much!
Please note - it seems that the axle nut has to be torqued to spec before loading the wheel. This preloads the hub bearing to protect it (per Subaru service manual)

I don’t see a reason to remove the axel nut. I place a jack or jack stand under the knuckle, letting it fall down only far enough to make room for the strut tower to come out. It seems like an unnecessary step, unless replacing wheel bearings while apart or something .
