I've been asking everywhere and never get answered back. I have pronation but have a high arch. I have hypermobility making my ankles feel unstable sometimes. What I want to know if this is caused by my hypermobility that my feet goes inwards when walking or are there muscles I can train so this doesn't happen?
У меня тоже нога ступня болела одна, проверила оказалось, пятка не на месте, кость вправила и всё, сейчас стопа правильно и плоскостопие образовалось, из за давнего растяжения стопы, сейчас всё норм
Walking barefoot and gripping a towel with your feet in sets of 8-12 reps with 1 minute rest 3-4 sets just like you would do curls at the gym or squats.
Interesting and informative as ever - thank you 👍
Thank you 🙏 glad my poi liked it 😁
Wow, a few more and I might learn anatomy with genuine passion!

your hips are probably week in internal and external rotation causing unstabilty
balancing on one leg while maintaining an arch should be beneficial

Well, it didn't tell us how to fix it

Wait, so how can this be fixed? I’m confused.
You have to cure the bunion and strengthen the foot
