every time i listen to this song i cry, and the way she puts so much emotion into it, and the way she smiles at how the fans sing back at her just makes me cry even more.

Jenna has such a beautiful voice, and this is such a heartfelt and raw performance. You can tell she's been touring though, as her voice is slightly more raspier on the softer notes but nevertheless she sounds absolutely incredible. This is pure talent right here☝

My dog died at 16 years old, half of my life she was with me. We basically grew up together. I remember her whenever I listen to this song. She died recently (March) so I still cry everytime. I still miss her everyday.

I discovered this song about a year after one of my best childhood friends committed suicide and it had me sobbing.
For a while it truly felt like a dream and that one day I’d wake up and he’d be there. He didn’t have the best advice but any time I was down he would drive me around and play music or we’d go get food and he never made me talk about it if I didn’t want to, just knew that I needed a friend. I felt guilty for the longest time because I didn’t offer that back (granted he never reached out to me) and I had no idea he was suffering so much. I can finally go about life normally again but songs like these will always bring me to tears because of the memory. You never really move on when you lose someone, you just learn how to function as a person again.
