just found this channel and it's amazing, and Christopher in your backflip tutorial you say to jump up straight, what about when backflipping off things like a fence or something.
I have a fear of doing backflips off things cause i dont want to hit my head
Hybrid King If you want to jump backwards off of something then you should definitely jump backwards at least a little so you don't hit the thing you're jumping off of. If you jump off a fence you should have enough height to flip so the height you lose going backwards shouldn't matter.
thanks, but what about just standing backflip, ive fucked up my muscle memory and everytime i try to do a backflip i go like all the way back (not straight) and my height is like negative 20 when i do this,
i dont know how to jump straight lol, any tips?

I taught myself how to do’s backflip on the grass at the age of ten. I’ve been doing a backflip for a long time and I’ve been trying to learn how to do a loser flip on the grass because I want to do something new. I need to take gymnastics.

If you have an iPhone, slow motion is in the phone already. It will be in the camera

I thought a loser flip was when you did a front flip but backwards basically the opposite to a gainer
is it a must u knw a cheat gainer n Btwist so as to knw a corkscrew n help me out wth the side flip cz evry tym i do it i end up doing a scissor kick
I can do corks, btwist, and all kinds of gainer variations, but honestly, the only move you don't need for corks is the btwist. The cork is more like an off axis gainer full
