Awesome film. Very similar happened to me years ago. A co-worker claimed my work as his own. In a meeting with the CTO he was asked detailed questions about "his" solution. I sat back and smiled as he squirmed. When it was clear that he couldn't answer any of the questions I stepped in with such levels of detail that it was clear it was my work. It marked his card and his future in that job was short lived.
That's b/c a person's work is just like a fingerprint. Each 1 is totally individually unique among all the others.
Working for an evil boss that abuses the employees should not be tolerated. I am glad that the client was still on the phone and heard how evil she is and how creative the young employee was.

I’ve worked for some pushy people not evil but greedy people who only cared about money than the employees. I actually thought work was suppose to be like but it’s not where I work now everyone treats each other like a real team no matter what their status is.

I CANNOT stop rewinding the part where the boss is confronted by Jess, and Jess slaps her with bold receipts of her disrespect. IT'S VERY SATISFYING; especially, when the confrontation is heard, by Mr. Bradley, and Jess gets immediate KARMA post retaliatory firing.

Actually worked with a senior staff member that spoke to people just like that. I never allowed her to disrespect me like that, but it was sad that others didn’t stand up for themselves.

Damn, that escalated quick, Mr. Bradley was satisfied hearing what the associate said and gave the associate the opportunity to meet and collaborate with his organization which she agreed to meet on Monday and the silence from the speakerphones speaks volumes, Jennifer is DONE! Never take credit for someone's hard work and call it your own for your own benefit, make sure you give credit when credit is DUE!!!
