  • A talented black data analyst was mistaken for a gangster by a white boy due to his racist mother's influencer. Things escalated when they both showed up to a job interview for the same position. Needless to say, she was shocked to see the man there. Was the woman able to keep her toxic behaviour in check? And did the data analyst manage to rise above the hate and secure the job he deserved?

We can only judge people with actions, horrendous behavior, judgement, arrogance, and lack of patience. Good on you, that is not a place anyone should want to work. A small thought however if you would indulge me. I do not think "Black people" are expected to be the bigger person. I think EVERYONE should want and try to "be the bigger person." What does that mean? It doesn't mean you have to endure it silently, or tolerate it without recourse... But it does mean not letting it change you. Not letting it make you sour and hateful. We all should try to be the bigger person... but when you see something wrong, say something... and stand up for yourself and others.
      These are just the things my grandfather taught me when I was growing up, and I don't ever remember him making a distinction about peoples skin color. So I don't either.
      I love you and Im sorry you went through that. I wish I could know you and be your friend, but as we are two ships passing on the sea of the internet I will instead just say "I wish you well and safe waters my friend, and blessings upon you and your family."

In this version she would correct people wether it’s her friends or family who had the same mindset because she was shown it doesn’t matter what color they are , it’s the person inside that matters. which will make the message continue.

      @@radrolla3406Lol no. It’s wonderful that she confessed wrongdoing, but in the real world deleting company data due to internal conflict within ones self does not mean you should be rewarded with a job offer. • @radrolla3406
      @radrolla3406 Před 11 měsíci +1

      @blackoutbunnie7603 that's not the overall moral of the story. The only reason she deleted the info was to frame Jerome. Otherwise she would have done her job. Therefore the root cause is not either person deleting that precious info, it's the motive behind it. Even so, that's up to the company itself whether or not she gets the job anyway. For instance, in my case, if the kid wasn't able to be a witness and they still found out SHE was the one behind it, I (and likely the company as well) wouldn't have forgave her. In that sense I'd agree with you. But in the context the mother unfortunately was blind enough that she had to learn from her son, she should still have a second chance, mainly to give her kid a positive example to not make that same mistake that would push her financial situation further down the hole than it is in the story.

    Even after Olivia deleted the files to get him fired, and treated him so horribly, he still talked to the boss, and convinced him to keep her, knowing her financial situation!
    I just want to add that the boss was an amazing man himself! Keeping Olivia, and having no problem with Olivia bringing Max to work with her!

    The happy ending made me happy, but did you notice that the company did not hesitate to expel the black man and remained available to the white woman, even though she was very racist from the first day. The presence of the child in the scenario made us rejoice because she was given a second chance from the same company for the same mistake that the black man was accused of, and they did not treat him with the same treatment. That is, we were happy as a result of the racial segregation of the company because there is an innocent child in the matter.

Just because the woman apologized makes no difference. Reason is only the Holy Spirit can change a heart - period. That deep seed of hate in her heart doesn't change by an apology. That woman hurt the black man and deleted company information. She should have been arrested not hired. It takes the big guy upstairs to break an evil heart and transform it. This video captured that evil. The ending sould have handled differently. Overall it was a good video. You have a blessed and beautiful day 🥰. One other thing the video also captured the high road the black man walked in. Always take the high road in life. Be blessed!!!!

    Agreed, Also like Jerome said 0:22 "I drove up here and your son was standing outside my car, ma'am." Imagine if Jerome didn't see her son and accidently hit him. The mom is essentially saying it's ok to be behind cars as long as they're not black. Luckily , the son learned not to judge.
    Lastly, I'm mixed at the end. Should the mom be fired? Yes. Should we take it out on Max? No. but she *DEFINITELY* shouldn't be promoted.
