I love this thing! I've had it for 2 days and am addicted to it already! My only complaint is it isn't big enough to clean larger areas. It is so effective that it's making the parts of my carpet that didn't have spots look dirty b/c it gets up EVERYTHING and leaves the spot looking brand new.

you can get it out by rubbing your hand across it a few times.
I had a Bissell Pro heat 2X is the upright wet vac like a giant spot bot it died after 1 year with little use. We got one of these spot bots, much better use.
Not so much of a chore to setup and use.

@hubbardjg the water looks cloudy for about 10 mins. The machine used on tv will have been standing for a while before they started shooting. If you leave yours standing, the water will go clear too.
