Hi Jason,
Thanks for the clear narratives👏
Is just an impression of mine or their layout resembles the one already seen on Linux Mint?
Very clear and practical review. Thanks
Hi Jason. Thanks for the demo of Windows 11. Looks very promising! Thumbs up!!
How come my windows 11 doesn't have the recycle bin icon in the upper left corner of the screen?
I just got it downloaded, it looks great and feels smoother for me, I like it!
Oh thank god I can put the icons back to the left, thank you for pointing that out I was curious
Hi. Just to say I have followed your install instructions and now have Windows 11 working fine on my PC, as you I am quite impressed with how fluid and easier it is to use workflows. Than you for your time in making this video. Liked and subscribed
Great to hear! I am enjoying Windows 11. I have used it on three computers now with no issues.
This was exceptionally clear presentation of Windows 11 features. Thank you!
10/10 A +
Lucid presentation. Thank you.
Thank you too!
You are amazing instructor.. Only Thank you doesn't express my thanks Deserve more......
what a perfect video. by far the best overview of windows 11 and exactly the video i was searching for.
thank you so much, man with the soothing voice!
also i LOVE windows 11 so far. its exactly what i always wanted out of a new windows. finally we get simplicity and minimalism too, not just apple customers. it looks so beautiful and clean. would love some more customizability of the start menu and taskbar though, i hope that will happen.
Glad you liked it!
Finally a good comment about win 11 thanks, I almost lost my hope
Hi Jason,
I'm living in Brazil and am thinking of computer purchase later this year. Does Windows 11 have a language change option? I'm currently using Win8 and have to navigate all technical issues in Portuguese. My Galaxy A31 phone allowed me to change language to English on set-up. Was wondering if Win11 has similar option. Thanks.
Windows 10 and 11 have a language option in settings where you can choose from many languages. It will change the entire Windows menus, desktop, and other text to the language you choose. You can find it under language and region.
@@SeleTraining Great! Many thanks, that's very helpful. I appreciate your responding.
love the video. can you make a tutorial for video capturing and streaming? what program do you use?
Already did. Here is what I use to make my videos: czcams.com/video/FpgG5wSyGs0/video.html
hi, may i ask what version of windows 11 your using? is that for laptop only? pardon my ignorance.
I am using the preview version of Windows 11 so I get a little earlier version than most. It’s the same as you’ll have for download from Windows updates.
@@SeleTraining thank you for the reply, I"m just curious why my settings app is still in version 10 while I already have windows 11 pro. can you please enlighten me. tnx
Simply awesome presentation 👍
Thanks
Such a refreshing and helpful tech CZcams video communicated with a magnificent voice. Thanks, I'll be back.
Resuming, there is a new position for the buttons on w11.
Pretty nice.
"I'm Cortana, I no longer exist" LOL
hahaha
xD
It exists but its not in the taskbar
Me and Clippy are living in peace in oblivion.
NICE!!!
СПАСИБО!!!
Excel word prcessor??
my pc specs i3 9100 tmp 2.0 but windows installed on legacy thats why when i enable secure boot uefi then my os is not bootable, if i converted my disk partion to gpt will it delete my data on disk
Yes you do have to reinstall everything to make that change.
No you don't have to delete everything
@@troytrombley3534 yes, i used ease us partition master to convert it to uefi without data loss for free.
@@troytrombley3534 i have already upgraded to windows 11 pro dev
I installed Windows 11 last night & i really like it & so far so good i have no issues at the moment i liked Windows 10 as well but i will not be rolling back too Windows 10 only if i have any major problems, I will be keeping Windows 11, I have installed a couple of Windows 11 updates.
i was pleasantly surprised when i saw the return of control panel
Batch rename? ability to easily keep both files when copying? how about an updated interface for Device Manager or Disk Management?
Yes, those would be good.
what's the name of the music in the background
It's from Camtasia by Audioblocks. Called Fun Time in Town.
Not sure what windows 11 will do for me, think I'll wait, seems like every time windows comes out with a new version people love it, or hated it, no REAL in-between, thanks for the review
This version is mostly about the security and a refresh of the interface. Other than that it's mostly like WIndows 10. People have strong opinions but it looks good to me so far. Not a major need to upgrade to it though and people can stick with Windows 10 for 4 more years if they want.
i7 7700k meets all the requirements you mentioned but is left out of the minimum system requirements. I just upgraded to a late 2020 machine so that I could run it. In the fine print they also require 'Secure Encrypted Virtualization' technology which computers older than 4 years don't have. I don't think they will budge on this requirement. They required all these extra hardware security features because it can cut back up to 60% of cyber attacks.
Yes, it does require virtualization based security. That has been around for a few years though and can be enabled even in Windows 10. Microsoft is definitely focused on improving security for Windows 11.
Only 8th generation and above support windows 11. Unfortunately yours is 7th generation.
@@singhstreams Yes, good point!
Hi Jason, I have a system with an AMD Ryzen 5 3400G, I haze enabled TPM in the bios, Windows PC Health Check reports this computer can run Windows 11
You are set!
Maybe you disk partition needs to be gpt not mdr. You have to have safe boot enabled and the mentioned above tpm.
have you tried running android apps?
I installed TikTok
Thanks your a information for the windows 11 Thumbs up!!
Yes, amazing video
Windows 11 is good but lacks some of the features that previous versions of Windows had. I thing that this is very unfair.
I suspect they will add back some of those missing features over time.
@@SeleTraining I hope that all those missing features are going to be added back to Windows 11.
Anyone else still using Win7 and don't wanna change??
Did you recommend a script from Microsoft or are you guys just coping each other's contact? This is seriously like the 10th video I've watched on Windows 11 that's the exact format and verbatim to one another.
Created all on my own but everyone is looking at the same features so it’s natural to see similar videos. Just see which ones are first…
Microsoft most cancel TPM required. My laptop Lenovo IdeaPad 310 15ikb have TPM 2.0 ready to used. But Microsoft error message your pc are not minimum hardware so it's big problem for me. I think maximum users this problem.
They are getting some pushback so that may change. I can understand the need for improvement to security but this puts too many computers out of the loop for the WIndows 11 upgrade. Hopefully they will delay that requirement 3 or 4 years.
how to get this version of win 11
Watch my video Get Windows 11 now
Is this a demo or a final version
This is the insider preview version. The final version won't be out until at least October.
@Survival Horror Yes, but you will always be ahead of the general release with the dev build.
all you have to do is change the hardrive to eufi , im running windows 11 nice and smooth on the 100 build with no problems on an old probook 6570b.
Check to see if you have the notice that I have. It may not work with the general release if you don’t have TPM installed.
I'm planning to get a gaming PC built next year for Windows 11! Not only that, but with all this freezing and taking forever to download iTunes content, I'm not sure how much longer my laptop will last. I plan to have the gaming PC be as powerful as the Xbox Series S, have a Blu Ray drive, have a mix of USB-A and USB-C ports and some other stuff I cannot think of atm. My parents may have some old keyboards and mice in the loft I can have. They certainly have some old webcams and an old scanner I can use! I've been wanting a USB keyboard for my Commodore 64 mini anyway, and a USB mouse for Game Builder Garage on Nintendo Switch! I would just need some workarounds so I can use some old Windows 95 software on my new Windows 11 machine, such as Virtual Springfield!
Do i lose my apps when i update to windows 11?
No. It keeps your data and apps
@@SeleTraining also i don't have a account that I am signed into in my laptop so should i need a account to update tp windows 11?
@@randomdude5187 You do need an account to update to Windows 11. There is a workaround but not recommended.
@@SeleTraining so is it optional to have a account
@@randomdude5187 You can install Windows 11 with an offline account but you'll be missing some options. Since you can create a Microsoft account for free it doesn't really make sense. www.partitionwizard.com/partitionmanager/can-i-install-win11-without-a-microsoft-account.html
I will like to see how you put the pic on edge 🤔
Do you mean the icon picture for the profile in the upper right? That is part of the Microsoft Account profile settings.
ok sir so how can i put that on edge icon to look that way you have i have a account
you said it is rumored release date in description. But it is official
The official Microsoft site says later this year. Only in some leaked documents does it show October 20th. Not really official yet.
Yes. Sorry for that.
But I meant to say that it is officially released in dev and beta channels in Windows Insider Program
more hidden files that you have to fight to find .windows 7 still the best
Link for download ??
Sorry, missed that one. It's added now. This is the link: www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11
Now THIS looks like mac
Why don't they redesign their icons into a uniform shape so it looks cleaner and organized?
Which icons are not uniform?
@@SeleTraining Icon shape. It would look better if everything is rounded boxes (like in Mac) or circles or squares. It gives the users a sense of organization and uniformity.
@@calvinford9460 I see.
Does any one else notice that windows 11 is trying to be more like Mac OS !!
Yes, it is.
Pinned apps ok but why app grouping gone🤦🏻♂️ that's awful decision
I will not be replacing my three pc's just to run windows 11
Yes, that would be a hassle.
Lost screen color
THE DESKTOP NOW LOOKS LIKE APPLE
at first i was mad ab0ut ttaking the start butt l00k again w0w its sick i like the new 0s
Playing catch-up with Mac.
or course there are many
So, some changes that are not really significant and back to rounded windows. 😄
The interface is much more pleasant but it is still Windows.
Mac 11 huh?
It just missing one thing... Linux kernel 😁
Na...no need to help out a company nor platform that really should have ended long ago with something as more advanced ad the Linux Kernel. xD
@@motoryzen do you guys even understand what a kernel is? If so, why do you care?
So they're trying to copy Apple. LOL. Thanks for making a great video tho!
How are they trying that?
meh
Windows desperately starts to look like Apple os laughable clowns
This reminds me of when Coke changed their flavor to taste more like Pepsi....
Just get a Apple Mac.
