This was the last great series I watched before I left Newgrounds for good. I think you finished episode 6 at the time.
This series needs tons more love.
I just now figured out how Black has all three attributes, he can use a weapon(his hula hoop), his elemental is Wind, since he can use wind to "boost" his way out of a deadly situation, and his ability is to turn himself into a nearly indestructible statue-like figure

Yes, the wind, a hola like weapon and the ability to petrified him self to not be heart by an attack
In this episode black shows a unique ability which is the disappearance then he has the hula hoop as a weapon and he also has the earth ability

Wait, but he clearly has all three attributes. In one of the first episodes, he turned into a slippery floor sign, he showed twice that he has at least SOME aptitudes with hoops as weapons and now he just used the wind to re-position himself in the air WHILST FALLING. Not sure why none of the other stick figures have noticed or pointed this out yet.
This is probably the best out of all of them! Lot's of voice dialogue this time!

i really like how its developing slightly towards letting it be black's choice. its a very slight development, and its mentioned without him being there to be conscious of the fact that he holds at least a tiny amount of will of his own to use, but it is there.
... also, that part at 4:42 , is it a victory high, having performed very well in his trial and feeling unusually risky and overconfident, or is black changing inside. becoming someone willing to fight for the fact of fighting... the very thing he had wanted to never be.
I think that something in his body clicked by itself because it knew he was going against a stronger opponent then usual.

This is a great series can't wait for scf 10.
My best guess for Black's power is not just a bubble ability, but a physics 'motion' ability... as he was seen several times throughout the series able to change from one motion to another, (Blue in blacks body, episode 8 and Episode 7, when red tossed him near the end of the episode) Change oriental position (episode 9) among those. I from current evidence, this only affects him. and his motion.
See when he changes motion a sort of sphere or (bubble) forms around him?
I see comment after comment saying, "Black is gonna be secretly strong!", or anything along those lines. Go back to when Rood picks up the scouter. He says that Black's power level isn't even 9. I expect a HUGE anticlimax. My expectations could be wrong though. I've based my theory upon one piece of evidence after all. All the evidence against me is that Black has either won or survived all fights he's been in, shows signs of having all 3 skills (mad hula hoop skills, the "bubble skill/power" as people call it, and farting AKA "wind elemental power", freezing in place/statue-ing at the first sign of danger or threats), and is seemingly indestructible.
i used to pondering if he doesnt or does have powers now i know he does
he says its not even 9 as a joke reference to the dragonball series, when the say 'his power is over 9000!'. probably he put that just as a joke and not as something serious. also, i bet his powers are something to do with farts

It was a little shorter than I expected, and it did leave off on a cliffhanger (I mean black used his power intentionally) but over all a pretty good episode. How long do you think it will be until SCF10? Because I'm gonna guess about 6 months

I have seen lots of stick figure animations.. but I see this series is really funny.. for the first time it has a good story (in my opinion)... a stick figure who try to knows his own power with a help of his trainers.. lots of laugh lots of fun! I just subscribe, so keep up the good work :D

black has 4 abilities
odd weapon: hula hoop
elements: wind, earth (man accidently made a hole under himself)
morph/ability: he can do a pose that makes him invulnerable and rock solid

Kevin Pechon I don't think it's the freezing in place. No I wouldn't consider it a 'power'. Maybe it's part of the power but not the full extent. I bet it's something much more.... Complicated I suppose, but I may be over thinking it.
