high property taxes, overpriced shopping and congestion on the main roads going to the overpriced mall for cheaply made clothes and high priced coffee that is a rip off....sorry....South Burlington isn't that great !
Sadly, most of the state has been bought up by rich flatlanders who lease/rent it out to the hapless locals...and the cost of living far outpaces the median income. Great for a visit, impossible to live there.
