Damn, I remember Dutch on ITV in Edmonton in the late 80's early 90's. I was a security guard at ITV studios at the time. He and Perry were like Rock Stars when they came in. And Dutch always greeted me by name. The world is a lesser place with big Dutch gone.

But it's been only 2 lines scoring. If 1 of 2 lines or both lines start faltering, then you need the depth scoring. 3rd line has to start producing.

When you started to talk about getting Petey some help; my thoughts turned to having him work with a counsellor or sports psychologist. Why not? That would help. He seems worn out, overwhelmed, and not the same determined athlete from 6-12 months ago. Maybe he doesn't want the Stanley Cup as much as other team mates. Then I realized you meant better wingers or finishers to play on his line.
Recall when he said " I want to play for a winner "? What he meant was that he wanted to play for a team that he wasn't a top 3 player and could melt into the back ground. He had no faith in Vancouver becoming as good as they did, and he would have asked for a trade. He couldn't use that way out so he asked for a ludicrous amount of money thinking he would be told NO, but we gave it to him. Now he's coasting. We fell for it.
