Mr Davis you should've thrown up the ✌️. Some customers think you're supposed to work wonders. You can't control the weather or her watering her own lawn. She'll call you back once the next guy says the same thing. It's a learning curve on her part.

In my opinion the customer wanted a reason to complain unfortunately. She had the grass cut a few weeks ago by someone else and there’s a reason why they didn’t go back. Common sense tells the average person if the grass is brown like we see in the video it needs water 💦 and you cut the grass low so it won’t grow as fast.
Yeah I figured as much. With bahaia grass you gotta keep it lower because in about a week it looks like you never cut it. If it rains it grows fast.
I'm sorry about this. People just DO NOT get it. She's blaming you for the condition of her yard? THIS is why I REFUSE to cut lower than 2.75". If they want it lower, they can find someone else. You did at her request, and she fired you anyway. I say BYE KAREN!
Agreed! I am cutting at 3.25/3.5 up here in Ontario Canada. Reason is health if the grass and to protect my blades/equipment. If clients don't want to follow my plan for a healthy lawn - they can get someone else. 👍
