Helpers always great to have on those bigger properties. Really don’t need one if know how to space your property and time out. Helper may save 15-30 minutes. Mow on mow on👍💯✂️
I know for me going back to solo last few years has been much more profitable , I do use some part time help . But I sure work in the efficiency on my own . Sure u can make more with help sometimes , but payroll and additional overhead gobble a lot of cash . Each to their own but I’m very content running solo for the most part . I’m in my 20 year and it’s what works for me .

Helpers hmmm 🤔 good topic its like we r the only ones truly committed to our business and everyone else is just along for the ride. So we hire helpers to grow the business but it also takes a lot of trust and helpers in my experience come and go frequently so I just build my business to where my can handle my accounts myself and just have the toys to be more efficient

I just got asked today if im Hiring this is one of many times people have asked me and honestly Id rather just do alot alone I know my Strengths i dont wanna have someone and i need them and they become a no show or doesnt do great work etc
