In regards to the SRS question- maybe the person is genuinely attracted to you, your personality, your face, etc. but is just not into penises. For example I’m a gay male and I’ve seen several lesbians and ftm who I find attractive but I don’t think I could be aroused by a vagina.

The only issue I see with the SRS issue is that you should definitely get SRS because YOU want to, not because you want a boy to like you and date you. I think SRS is a surgery that needs a lot of thought and if you are unsure if its the right surgery for you, don't do it. Everyone can change their nose, their lips, their face, etc but when it comes to your genitals that is a HUGE surgery that needs a lot of consideration.
