New Shifter housing/cable. Turns out, mine was split down nearly an inch... no wonder my barrel adjuster wasn't doing any good. 😵
Just got the new Santa Cruz Chameleon and a I9 hydra for the rear of the Chameleon.
New Commencal DJ frame, looking forward to building it up.

Seriously, the Wolftooth dropper lever is insanely good. I upgraded last year and it was amazing how much of a difference a small component can make!

I’m lucky enough to live close to their Newbury Park shop and stop in occasionally, I can 100% confirm these dudes aren’t acting, they are as nice and approachable as you’d imagine. In fact, every single person from Zach who’s rung me up to the guys in the back filling orders are all consummate pros and genuinely nice people. This is a top notch business who actually do care about their customers. And now the only place I’ll spend my hard earned dollars.

Those of us who are motorcycle and MTB enthusiasts have been waiting for the cycle industry to invade the MTB scene with parts from the cycle community as new innovations. Especially, the suspension makers Showa and Kayaba.
spoiler alert: Those of us old enough might remember when Showa already tried (and gave up)! As well as a bunch of other motorsport brands including Elka and more

I can vouch for Galfer. I have their disc and brake pads and the braking power and modulation is so much better
Galfer brake pads and rotors are awesome. I’ve had great experiences using them with my shimano brakes

I just came off of a size small and went to a medium feel so much more natural
Got the pro WT lever at SeaOtter. Added adjustability mostly and a new design.

I upgraded my Chameleon's XMC 1501s from 36T to 54T but then had to add an O Chain to get the feeling I prefer back.... I'm so much faster now.

Any reason why the trans isn't available 160mm or 165mm or 155mm... i mean HELLO.. does sram serioulsy not know what's going on in the field out in the MTB world RN... i don't get it man i just don't get it... ...
