@@DashyXDAndDadReacts Yes, in that live version Cerati, who really didn't like reggaeton, said "despiértame cuando pase el reggaeton" (wake me up once reggaeton is off) instead of "despiértame cuando pase el temblor" ("wake me up once the earthquake is over). Because he really didn't like reggaetón.
este tema tiene una base de carnavalito del folklore del norte de argentina (en la version de estudio es mas notorio) se uso un instrumento de viento que se llama quena y la parte de guitarra de este tema viene desde la infancia de gustavo cerati, su mama lo cuenta en uno de los documentales, saludos!

When they were putting together the international tour Gustavo noticed that he was not in PERU, the country where Soda played from the beginning, (a country very loved by all the members) Gustavo asks why? and the answer was that there was no money to do it because of the recent earthquake. So Gustavo paid for that recital. So SODA went to play in beloved PERU.

This particular song "When the tremor passes" contains reminiscences of music from the Altiplano (Northern Andes Mountains) called "Carnavalito" that imitates flutes from that area (quena and xicu) with the keyboard, so it can be said that It is a strange fusion between rock and Bolivian "Carnavalito". At the same time, at the end, Gustavo shouts "Wake me up when the Reaggeton passes", which is a very popular strange fusion between Latin rap, hip-hop, reagge and merengue, and creates an ending with a certain trace of very rhythmic rock. The lyrics of course speak of an emotional state: "the tremor" is a state of anguish, of disconsolation in a love relationship, but with the hope of being able to return to the path of love one day. my favourite part is at 5:26 when he says "despiérteme cuando pasé el reguetón" which is improvised and not part of the lyrics of the actual song, it means wake me up when the reguetón passes, a common example of reguetón would be bad bunny and he was basically saying wake me up when everyone stops listening to that type of music 😂

Este video es verdad fue grabado en Peru, pero algo que hay que rescatar que tal evento no se iba a llevar a cabo porque Peru no llegaba monetariamente a cubrir los gastos de la produccion para que Soda tacara alli. Pero el buen corazon de Cerati junto a su equipo aportaron desinteresadamente un millon de dolares para que se lleve a cabo y al final del recital recuperaron lo aportado mas la ganacia de la concurrencia.

Hola Dashy y Dad. ‘Cuando pase el temblor’ was part of Soda's second album, called ‘Nada personal’. It was one of the first songs that came out of an idea I already had, inspired by landscapes I knew as a kid, from the northwest of Argentina. And it's a bit of a fusion, not forced, of a kind of reggae with a carnavalito feel. We started to like what came up and I started to write about that place that I remembered, besides, not long ago there had been a terrible earthquake in Mexico. I was shocked by that news and I related it to something totally emotional. Gustavo Cerati.
