    2. Cut the chives into lengths about two fingers long.
    3. Chop the onion.
    4. Chop the garlic.
    5. Slice the Cheongyang pepper into thin slices.
    6. Blanch the squid in boiling water for about 30 seconds and rinse in cold water.
    7. Cut the squid into two finger length pieces.
    8. Mix all dough ingredients.
    9. Add chives, Cheongyang pepper, onion, garlic, and squid to the well-mixed dough and mix.
    10. Add plenty of oil to the frying pan.
    11. Place the dough on a heated pan and spread it out.
    12. If the top of the dough looks cooked, turn it over.
    13. When the Pajeon is well-cooked and crispy, eat it with makgeolli.
    [Experiment result]
    1. If you don’t have Korean pancake mix, you can make it.
    2. Add plenty of oil and fry the Pajeon to make them crispy.
    3. On a rainy day, pajeon and makgeolli are a must.
