Hi! I have a question and would appreciate it a lot if someone could help with a clarification. At @05:18 when working with a 4 - 3 shift structure, on the 4th day of each week, how is possible to have Team 1 and Team 2 both working the morning shift?
Hi! Teams that use the 4-3 shift structure find it valuable to have this overlap fall on a high-activity, or busy day. This way, they have a smooth transition of teams working this shift, and have coverage this day.
