Soulcycle used to do that headset thing during COVID in LA! They had headphones that were connected to a thing where the instructor could talk and the music played, that would be so helpful for OT too.

I feel you about the music in workout classes! i’ve started wearing noise canceling ear plugs, they are small and fit in my ears subtly so no one else knows they are in and i can still hear everything but its dulled, it definitely helps me:)

I've been on the creamy coffee kick too lately. I grew up with coffee milk and moved away from that the older I got, moved to black coffee for about 5 years and now I'm back to enjoying something a Lil sweet.
I also love driving and live in nyc. You should get a Zipcar membership! It’s very cheap and there’s cars everywhere and you can just take quick trips whenever
