    Kohima, July 13: Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) councillor #Kazheli Tungoe (Ali) today sought the cooperation of the public for effective execution of her vision as envisaged in her poll manifesto.
    “I will fulfil whatever promises I had made during the election,” Kazheli said while addressing a thanksgiving programme at Kruzo Park, Tsiesema, organised in honour of her victory at the recently concluded ULB election 2024.
    She assured to execute the developmental activities with fairness and transparency.
    Kazheli was elected to KMC from Ward- 7 (Daklane) on an NDPP party ticket.
    Thanking each and every individual for her victory, she also called upon them to guide and strengthen her and work unitedly for common cause and social well being.
    She thanked the NDPP party rank and file for allotting the party ticket and ensuring her victory in the election.
    Thanking Nagaland’s Chief Minister #Neiphiu Rio for implementing 33% women reservation in the civic body polls, Kazheli on behalf of all the women winning candidates assured that they will do their best and prove the trust vested upon them.
    #Zhale Chase, vice- president NDPP 8th Western Angami A/C, #Pukhalu Kiho, chairman Sumi Community Daklane/Kitsubozou also spoke at the programme while #Seyie-o Yiese spoke on behalf of the family.
    KMC chairperson #Neikhozo Suokhrie and deputy chairperson #Khrielievi Chiisi along with other councillors also present at the programme.
    The programme was chaired by Dr. #David Sachu while a vote of thanks was proposed by #Akali Awomi.
