The impact of Australia's bushfires on wildlife

- Nearly 3,000 homes have been damaged or destroyed across Australia due to the brush fires, and there are still more than 100 fires burning across the country's southeast, including a megablaze the size of Delaware. There's also an all-out effort to save Australia's animals impacted by the fires, with grassroots efforts to protect some of the country's unique wildlife. Jamie Yuccas reports from one hard-hit area.

Imagine being a scared animal trapped in the flames blindly running into flames trying to get away. The images online of burnt animals are heartbreaking... Mankind does not deserve this planet.

Humans are so focused on reproducing and having babies instead focusing more on the environment. One day the resources can be gone.
The people setting fires should be locked up and forgotten about. It's too bad about the animals but at least the human life lost seems at a minimum.

It's amazing how they can walk right up to wild animals and handle them so easily, even after they are rescued. Initially they must be in shock and exhausted, but they receive water and care really well.

There was drought and the temperatures were really high. I heard they had to add another color for high temperatures this year. The reason some austrailans water their yards is to make them wet and harder to catch fire.

The manpower to include Veterinary Doctors, Doctors, Nurses, Environmentalists, Well Built Youth, Medicines, Water, Fast moving Land Vehicles, Helicopters, Press Persons, Communication Equipments, any benevolent Nuclear Devices which will help the volunteers, to do their job with utmost efficiency, speed, which can work round the clock non stop, which can extinguish fire on large scale and longer range. It should be possible. I pray the God Almighty, to shower blessings and bring to the Australians Cheer, Hope, peace, All Help.
