Well one thing I can tell you Ariens snowblowers will go the distance. I use a 1966 Ariens six horse 24 inch cut blows wet/dry snow doesn’t matter. I also modified the impeller installed conveyor belt on the edges so it seals tight to the blower housing. That’s the key to blowing wet snow. Best part of this machine is you can still buy parts for it. If it ever gives up which I doubt, I will probably purchase another Aries snowblower.
You are one of a very few that I've seen that knows how to effectively utilize the power of your machine to clear away snow...letting the machine do what it's designed to do, and not trying to man handle or force it. Kudos to you! 👍
Bought this for my small back deck in the Eastern Sierra. czcams.com/users/postUgkxoHYZbq5g9fkcAtinlTqstNlje-UQkCHN We get A LOT of HEAVY snow so I was a bit skeptical but it was worth it! After the first storm of the year this has exceeded expectations! It throws snow very well, even 10-12” + that said the more it piles up the harder it is to maneuver the machine. It is exceptionally light weight and overall exactly what I was looking for. If you have a large amount of snow and a lot of area to clear, you may consider something with a drive engine to help maneuverability, but for decks, second stories, roofs etc, you can’t beat the light weight to great snow throwing ratio. Side note, the chute rotator is a bit flimsy and it initially didn’t seem to work, after a few uses it seems to have loosened up.
That's what I have! I have a tiny 1-car driveway, but the driveway is surrounded by retaining walls and we get a lot of heavy snow that all needs to be lifted. It's a great middle ground between a 2-stage gas and shoveling by hand.

Of course it had the impeller mod and various other modifications to make it one snow shooting machine. It was actually too much machine for where I live in central Ohio so I sold it to a guy in Minnesota.
@@nocoolname32 the platinum 30 comes with it
Ariens. Snowblower of the gods.
Hmmmm....... Seems like someone customized their Armorskids with Ariens paint!
AWESOME video... Thank you.
This is quality snow blowing
WOW, it would be overkill for my urban driveway in southern Ontario but if you have the snow and property for it, what a pleasure that unit must be to use.
I want one!
Грамотно человек работает! Не насилует технику! Респект!
That’s a machine. 😮
Quite a beast
Plot twist: That's not even his house. He just loves running this badass machine and goes around doing the driveways of random people.
I dont get enough snow but that is one hell of a snowblower
that machine is dangerous sir...wow
now THAT'S a snowblower!
When your snowthrower costs more than your house. LoL. JK.
Nice video.
If I lived where it snowed a lot, I'd get a tracker like this.
Love the video, love the machine! The Ariens Pro machines are hands down the best you can buy. Add the hydro tranny and RapidTrak and you have something that no other machine can touch.
Hi, they are a nice machine. Have you seen the new 2021 models? They look awesome. Thanks for watching.
@@alc4693 I have seen the new stuff coming out for next season. I'm very interested in hearing more about them because I was already going to upgrade to a Pro 32 hydro RapidTrak for next year. It's going to replace my oldest currently still used machine, an Ariens 1332 Pro from 2005 that has an ungodly amount of commercial use hours on it.
@@smallblock412 Sounds cool, try and make a video and post it, there’s lots of people here that would like to see it.
@@alc4693 I plan on it 👍
@@alc4693 Well, I decided to go all out. I have a Kraken on pre-order.
That's a bonkers amount of snow. That thing was purring like a kitten, no problem for the Ariens.
That’s nothing just got 30 inches in ny
Great machine! The demo showed it's weaker throwing side (left) and I was SO waiting for the turnaround at the end with chute pivoted 180 to see how far it would throw, (am I the only one?) but alas... no climax. 😂
Yeah, always blows further to the right, due to rotation of the secondary blower fan. Sometimes you don't have a choice. Love my Ariens!
@@tombeyer375 So do I... mine's 52 yrs. old and throws snow like a beast. (32" scoop, re-powered with HarborFrieght 14hp turnkey motor)
@@brianalexandre1125 Cool! Those things will last forever with a few parts here and there.
We run the 420s at our school, they absolute monsters. Doesn't loose power. Not super efficient but BETTER then a honda in my opinion. Its more HD
The only thing I would add are drift cutters just incase, that’s the only thing missing.
Impressive
These are good machines no doubt👍
I already bought the Toro 1432 Commercial blower before I saw these😊
I’m sure you’ll be happy with the 1432 , I’ve seen it up close,it’s a nice machine.
💕
That thing is a monster
That looks like a real good snowblower… I’m in the market and this just may be the one for me 😃
I just did the same amount of snow from this last Northeast "Blizzard", with an el cheapo powersmart I got for free. Someone threw it away and I brought it back to life. Didn't even break a sweat.
@@tomc8157 that’s better then all the shoveling I’ve been doing the past 2 days….ugh
It will blow snow on the way back
Damn....I need me one of those
when your snowblower is nicer than the house it's trying to get to.
I'm A Bit More Of An ATV Plow Kinda Guy With a Snow Blower For the areas I cant Get To With The plow......However....That sucker was Kickin Butt and Taking Names❗
APPROVED= ✅
Just happy to not see globs of snow. Looks like someone just carved it out and the snow disappeared.
I have a 28 Ariens myself. Governor isnt even bogging down.. You could run threw that stuff at twice the speed!! Easy… that chute blowing would be twice as impressive! I loved the video though!!
Hi, I do run it harder now than I did back then. At the time it only had about 6 to 8 hours on it,so it was still in a break in period.
Great video. It would be nice to see some snow blowing at night to see how bright the led lights are.
I”ll try and get that done.
@@alc4693 "Do or do not, there is no try". 😆 great video though. I'm getting one of these bad boys for sure!
ryan Hols Thanks, they are a nice machine.
