I am going too use one of thse with an 18v Ryobi battery to run a Black and Decker 12v Flex vacuum.
Are you still using the 8-22V to 1-15V converter?(tested in video) I am looking to purchase some. Your advice would be appreciated. The link goes to a different one to the one tested.
I think it’s exactly what I’m looking for, could it be used to supply power to a continuous duty motor at 10 to 12 volts at 8 amps?

So do you believe that a man could use something like this as say a voltage regulator on my car because I've got more then one battery in my car I've actually got 3 1 under my hood running throw a battery insulator out to 2 more that I've got my sound system running off and the two I've got in the truck are just like the little moped battery there the 12v gel batteries the 12v amg to be exact and I'm running a big boat battery under my hood so it's got a really solid power source I'm trying to run but I've been looking into maybe doing some kinda conversation over to maybe soldering some leads on to the brushes of the bottom of my voltage regulator off my alternator and bring those 2 wires into say something like your messing with here and and by passing my computer in my car all together so I could basically run what ever voltage I could want to run like say 14.4 at all given times I dont care what all I've got running in it would you agree or disagree that it could be done is my real question to you because I'm not a rich man by no mean and I love my rides more then I do any thing but I'm a single man not married no kids I can do what I do because of that understand so I've gotta keep me busy some how in my spare time but I keep running across electronic problems all the time because of all this charging problems and I can't move forward with any other projects I've got planned for it like the virtual doors or my paint nothing until I get this electrical nightmare behind me I'm one of those guys I stop everything trying to solve the one problem before moving forward just because i.work throw my problems and not around is the only difference between me and others sometimes it's a good thing but most of the time not but if you could give me some kinda idea what I've gotta do it would be much appreciated fr
