    I’ve been a mover for over 15 years and I gotta say this is a really excellent video. I see so many hack moving companies making videos of them doing the dumbest shit, but it’s really nice to see a moving page that actually knows what they are doing. Beautiful work.

      I agree with you! Most of the other video show how stupid they are. This is the way to pack a truck!

    I know the was a general tutorial, the reason not every hole was filled or loaded tighter......by far the best how to load I've seen on CZcams....so many upstart rookie companies shrink wrapping every piece, using moms step ladder , using totes and plastic for base , 5 rubber bands on a kitchen chair, 10 bands on a dresser etc etc......take note rookies, this is how the big boys do it. Again just a tutorial we load much tigher and fill every hole to were you have to yank on boxes to break the tier loose on the unload

    You guys just saved me time and money, because I was going to hire a moving company because I had the slightest clue what to do until I saw this!! I'm moving tomorrow, and I will be using the wide tier! Thanks guys😊😊

    Beautiful. Finally a moving video where I didn't see anything wrong. You even put down a pad for standing the couch and put the feet to the wall. The only thing I could say is stacking dish packs sideways might cause dishes to break, since u stand them vertical in the dish pack. Same reason you don't put picture boxes horizontal because any bump while driving could crack them in the middle.

    I've watched a lot of truck loading videos to prepare for a move and this is by far the best so far. Thanks for making and posting this video!

      I dont mean to be so off topic but does any of you know of a method to log back into an Instagram account?
      I somehow lost the login password. I love any tricks you can offer me.

    For them big loads 15 000 lbs and more, You start with a wide tier. I load at least 3 wide tiers. Get rid of all the bulky items, then 5 or 6 regular tiers , and then its s box party. This way you can load 28000 to 31000 lbs on a 53 ft Kentucky. Been at this since 1996. Anyways, great video.

    Why are your dish-packs and mediums on the side?

    • @henryhawkins1194
      @henryhawkins1194 Před 4 lety +9

      The mediums not a problem, but those dishpacks a different story. Never, ever should you turn dishpacks on their side.

    And carpets in the first tier is a no no , because you have to lay the carpets down before you put the furniture in for set up

    Boxes stacked on their side?
    Not so great for the structure of the box or its contents

      could be linens, towels that kind of stuff and you can always put a newfie pad or 2 ft plywood on them to protect when loading on top of them

    What would you recommend when the couch is wider than the base you have to the right of it? Put flat stuff there or what?

    • @timgareev5344
      @timgareev5344 Před 3 lety +1

      Put flat pieces behind it, ideally the same height

    After tier is done do you use load bars alone or with plywood for extra bracing?

    Never load boxes on their side,if the customer loaded liquids or bleach, your screwed it’s going to leak and get on the furniture,so this is a poor video
