I'm always amazed at how many people swing on a rope over a lake or pond and don't know when to let go.
It broke on him and he was fully clothed. Pretty sure he wanted to swing back onto land.
Otherwise, you are right. A lot of people let go when swinging back.

0:54 THAT is the reason you have safety cans for shop rags. Oil and gas-soaked rags are highly combustible and need to be stored in a metal can with a self-closing lid.
Welding next to an open topped bin is never a good idea at any time, and like you say it looks like they're putting highly combustible things in there. The guy needs to find a new job because he's too stupid to be a welder that's for sure.

Chicken wire screwed to your steps will help you keep grip in icy conditions. We use it where I live because sub tropics plus shade equal moss with the same slippery properties.
I'm amazed how often people falling down their own steps are featured in these compilations, especially in icy/snowy conditions. As an Aussie not being used to it, if it were me I'd be in hob nail boots and clinging to the rail for dear life each and every time I stepped out there. No steps to get out of my house thank goodness.
