Great video. I had problems locking my POD once dropped off. He was very,very nice & patient. He was quite informative. I hope you tipped him in kindly 😇
He's very helpful..... Never use rope to tie stuff down always use straps that particular system is e-track straps that lock into the wall you could use the hook style but the e-track is really the way to go
UPDATE: I moved successfully across the country with Upack many months ago! And yes, this did come with a tracking number, and a customer service number to call, and they were really helpful!
