    I have been taking for a year now.for some women it's easy but some of the exercises are not easy but i love it so much because belly dance is healty for your body and takes my menopause pains away❤❤❤

      When you first begin and if youre not in a good shape youll find it challenging to keep up and move like those in movies or videos because it requires some flexibility and focus. Still overall its not THAT hard.
