I've been bellydancing for around 10 years and there's things I still haven't mastered. The muscle isolations and learning how to move one part of your body and nothing else is not easy to learn.
@error404webpagenotfound I think the only thing I took away from the bellydance workout classes I took with my mom was isolations lol. Granted, these were online "follow the lead" classes designed specifically for working out I sometimes catch myself dancing with only my ribs or only my hips when a good song comes on

Its called derbake. Its a middle eastern drum that u hold between ur arm and lays down on its side on ur thigh. The sounds the guy was making is the sound the drum makes. Its quite common to do the sounds of the drum too if u listen to arabic songs.
