So I basically scrambled to get this made in less than a month, and it ended up being a lot longer than I originally planned. So a couple-a sleepless nights here and there, bada-bing, bada-boom, here's a Halloween toon!

This show was reckless and irresponsible? How many “incidents” are needed before this show gets cancelled? The only reason Spim Dinty died (again) was because the show forced them to scare someone unprompted on camera. Now the studio gets destroyed because they hired a celebrity judge who is highly unstable! I’d like to think that this show would learn, but I doubt it. We must protest before next halloween! We cannot let any more innocent ghost/civilians perish!

Shurley and yuster seem like the 2 most basic and naturally emotional characters in this
I liked the amazing digital circus, don’t get me wrong. But I really do think it’s missing some of that classic gooseworx flair that something like this, Little Runmo, or Elain the Bounty Hunter has. Maybe it’s not surreal enough for me or maybe it’s humor isn’t my cup of tea, but despite how objectively good and well produced The Amazing Digital Circus is I think I’ll still prefer Gooseworx’s earlier works.
I feel a lot of the tonal differences between the two come down to priorities inherent to the projects. The ADC ep we got was a pilot, designed as an introduction to an episodic narrative. here are the players, there's the world, this is where the weekly plots will come from, and these are the series-spanning plot threads to hook you in. That's what ADC is trying to be.
Pink City is a series of standalone shorts in a shared continuity. The ties that bind them together aren't a viewing prerequisite. There also aren't very many characters/relationships to keep track of in each. So, each ep is an Experience, first and foremost, imo. Of course, there will be more.
It’s so drastically different compared to all her different works. Idk, I just can’t get into it. I totally prefer the trippy triangle stuff LOL

This comment is literally so true. When TADC came out i was hoping that it would be more like darly boxman tbh. maybe in the future we'll get some better episodes probably but i just seriously want the triangle people back

Even though the TADC pilot should be used to explain character and relationships, it's time is wasted on marketing plushies (for example, Jax doesn't have an arc in that episode, yet is the one with the second most watchtime). I think that someone changed the TADC script to be more commercial and memeable, losing both the horror aspects and the Gooseworx magic. It's humor it's also for 13 years old now, which is reasonable, but like OP said, not my cup of tea.
The implied possibility that the announcer and Spim Dinty were in a loving relationship but then the announcer passed through Vun Horustus is quite funni
Only the name is forgotten, the person themself is remembered. If Spim was the person that the announcer cared about most, and he barely cared at all, that is deeply concerning and quite telling regarding how the show has gone down year to year.

it wasn't technically murder, since what's-his-name circle man guy survives, but is heavily damaged. (as you can see in Elain gets adopted)
