I used to own a 1991 240sx with an SR swap and then a C6 ls3 corvette after, back to a 1991 b13 Sentra SE-R sr20det swapped of course. Decided to take a little break from the older cars and got a 2020 Modern Steel Metallic Coupe SI like yours, and I love it! Great gas mileage, amazing looking car, and still quick for what it is. Already have the PRL cobra intake, excited for a Ktuner next!
Look for a 1st gen NSX. Reliable and you get a lot of respect. I've got a 92.

The TSP tunes are excellent. I'm currently on TSP 2. A lot of fun. Derek Robinson, the creator of the TSP tunes, is also doing email tunes.
Yeah there’s only so much content you can do on one car. I’ll stick around for whatever you do. Would be interested in your perspective on pretty much any car. I’d personally be more into some type of hot hatch or other Civic/R competitor vs an American muscle car, but you’re stuck with me either way man.

I get your "antsy-ness" Cameron. I'm feeling it with my 2017 si Coupe. Over your last few videos, you've gone from craving the Bonneville to now - that 9th gen Si you have (I have visions of that car with yellow "crime scene" tape wrapped around it.) I still feel you could/should add the Type R to your channel - a 2020/2021. There were noticeable improvements made on the braking and suspension over the previous years. Keep the Si going and incorporate the Type R - I think it would substantially increase the base of your channel; as well as provide you with a really good project car (and it gets "respect" on the road.)

My suggestions: Almost any Dodge, Chevy, or Ford V8. I remember how much you liked that Camaro. If not muscle, then I'd tempt you to the German stuff. The BMW N54, N55, S55, or B58 engines can bolt on an extra 200hp real quick and easy.
Really been waiting for that FK7 or at a civic sport race with TSP tune as well. To see the difference between an SI and sport. Think it would be your most viewed video. See how much a little bit bigger turbo bigger rods and different manifold system makes that much of a difference between a base L15b7.

I personally would not drive a Challenger with 485hp because gas mileage and reliability matters to me. If I can’t make it to work on my car, then that car is worthless to me. That’s why I drive a Honda Civic Si, that’s why my friend drives a Hyundai Elantra Sport, that’s why my other friend bought a Subaru Impreza WRX, and that’s why my other other friend has a Lexus IS350.
I would personally not like to see a Challenger, but I will still like your channel because I think you are a respectful and kind bloke. You don’t disrespect other car enthusiasts, and you don’t disrespect others on the street. That’s a rarity nowadays. Get something you and your girlfriend is happy with. If you both want a Challenger, BRZ, Mustang, S2000, 370Z, Proto Z, Supra, GT-R or NSX then go wild 👍 “Life’s too short to not own the cars you want to own”
I love my 10th gen Si man, never thought of getting rid of that. For my side, I am considering purchasing a Tesla P3D - blast to drive.

See what Vivian said about challenger’s being “beast” and gets “respect” shows the majority opinion of a lot of non-car people. So many non-car people own v6 challengers and think they have a “beast” car, but my slow ‘07 tl type s 6mt would gap the shit out of it (I even beat an r/t while I was stock). And on top of that, challengers are sooooo common and the average person cant differentiate a v6 to an r/t or scatpack. I would never buy a v8 from the big 3 American muscle car brands because I see them as much as I see honda accords. C6 all the way!! Doesnt matter how fast the challenger is, the corvette def has more “respect”
R/T's aren't even a challenge though. With a well tuned I4 it can easily beat an R/T. But if we're talking Hellcat, Shelby, or Stingray then it will definitely gap any tuned I4. Even though I drive an I4 turbo, I wouldn't dare challenge those mentioned above. I know my limits and I have a lot of respect for muscle cars.
YourMotherKills definitely. Muscle cars are respectable, but i would never own one because they are too common. I see multiple scatpacks, 5.0’s and 6th gen ss’s everyday. I could care less about speed tbh. I know that a downpipe tuned 1.5t si can gap me, but I’d rather have my car because it’s less common and sounds better. My next car is gunna be an na1/na2 nsx, it’s not fast but i’ll break way more necks than the cars u mentioned above

Hey in the civic si you can turn on walk away auto lock, I was looking into it today and remembered your old video how you left it open by accident. Got to setting them vehicle and click doors and window. Then scroll to the bottom and it will say walk away auto lock. 👍🏿

Question about the v2. Do you have to have in plugged in all the time? Or does it only need to be connected during flashing/tuning?
If you dont have it plugged in then the ecu will just read the ktuner/hondata basemap, not tsp, pherable or any custom tune

Just uploaded tsp stage one and noticed the car jerks significantly when I let off the gas in first and second, was wondering if u had the similar issue or is it normal ?

Hey man, I wanna try phearable tune. I currently have tsp tune. Do I have to flash to stock first before switching to phearable or can I just go from tsp straight to phearable? Btw maybe when and if you come around LA someday we can do dome pulls before you trade in that civic 👀 lol
Hey Carlos. You do not have to flash back to stock before. And I’m always down to meet up with people, but when we do go downstate, our focus will be visiting Vivian’s family

@@Camhill182 don’t think so I’ve had the tpms come on before it’s the “I” with the low pressure come on. Never the less I reflashed to stock them flashed stage 1 again and it went away. Thanks for the reply brother

Each dyno is different, but TSP advertises 237whp, and Phearable 235whp.

I would say go get something else right now, but the used car market is CRAZY high right now because of the B.S. virus. Used cars are wayyyyy too expensive

dngl21 yup, you definitely should just buy a new car at that rate. My 2020 si already has $4500 in equity, according to KBB. These SIs hold their value very well

You haven’t given up on the Bonneville have you? I’m starting to get tired of my civic as well. I mean, I love the car but it’s time for something new. I may get out of the whole performance aspect of builds and go with something like a new accord. Put some nice wheels on it, drop it, and cruise. I would actually be very interested to see how the civic stands up against the Veloster N. I can just imagine where this channel is going to go once you introduce a Scat Pack, Bronco, 9th gen SI, possibly Bonneville or C6 Corvette. Man, you doing big things Cam. This channel is about to blow up with all the content.

I don’t think a Bonneville will really help me with that right now. And plus, I have a serious need for speed, so a C6 would help me out in that area

I like the 10th gen Honda Civic Si front seat design a lot, but personally, I am not a fan of the 10th gen’s cloth material. The 8th and 9th gen cloth feels much higher quality.

@@Camhill182 ok, I did some checking. They've decided to allow individual locations to decide if and when they offer the All Day Breakfast menu (which was never the full breakfast menu apparently). Fortunately, it looks like my local McD's has Sausage McMuffin with Egg (which is the best) all day still.

@@Camhill182 I currently have a 2015 S3, its just a golf R in sedan form and can be had for cheaper than a golf R. But a manual B8 S4 can be had for fairly cheap now. AWD v6 supercharged goodness.

People, especially the younger generation, seem to be lacking contentment with their cars and maybe life in general. Selling a car as sweet as the si usually results in resentment and remorse. The exception seems to be when they step up to a ctr. My advice. Get a 370z. Your followers will love it. As will u.
