Anglicans.
I watched a video yesterday of a Catholic Christmas Mass in Africa do this. It looks dangerous.

Incredibly well trained 😉
Please Baby Jesus, bring back the reverent altar boys!
Yes not girls only reverent altar boys
This is a Lutheran church
@@chandleralexwhite6907 No it's an Episcopal church.
@@sword_bearer7381 Stop with your misogyny. It's just incense.

All I’m thinking in my head as a former altar server oh my God the charcoal is gonna fall out oh my god it going to swing out my Hand
This is a Protestant service, not a Catholic Mass.
Protestants don't pray to Saint Mother Mary.
An Episcopal mass, to be clear
@@illustratio2730 Nor do we...
@@MWB18 Yes, we pray to Mary, but we are asking her to pray to Jesus, that is sense the prayer to saints.
@@illustratio2730 We don't pray to Mary, we ask her to pray for us. Just like we would as a friend to pray for us.
Oh my!!
Indeed
The wrecking ball!!!
I thurifer for my parish...I need to shadow her. Awesome technique!! Job WELL done!
Whats the name of this song
Hark the herald angels sing
This makes me remember high school days is St.Roses😫
Thanks for the comments.
I am a veteran thurifer at my Episcopal Church parish. And, let me tell you, this young lady is an awesome thurifer..
I'm roman Catholic and I used to altar serve every weekend for 12 years in my home parish in cramlington and the cathedral parish in Newcastle upon Tyne . I was one of the main thurifers and by God did I love doing incense.
Looks more like a baton twirler
Has the safety association been consulted?
Interesting how different religions have different rituals.
Hoping that this is NOT a Catholic Church???!!!!
It is probably an Episcopal church
No the Catholic s have given up ancient ritual. Kumbaya my Lord. Ballerina's. Tie dye chasubles.🤡🤡🤡
The method she is using to swing the censer unique to the Anglican tradition; you won't see it in a Catholic church.
@@richardsaintjohn8391 only in the Norvus Ordo.
