Here is what I would do. Home office become entry hall with bench and storage / mud room. Bonus room becomes wir for master and second main bedroom. Master wir becomes another bedroom or study. Full wall between dining and entertainment room. 🇦🇺🏠💙💙🎬oh and verandah would be across the front and side ❤😊

Hello Timothy! Wow!! What a home! And the price isn't bad for the size home it is either! That's good. Good video. #1) Love it that the Fireplace in the Living Room is a Gas one! I'd want Carpet in the Living Room area. I would put in an "Accordion Door" instead of having the open space between the Dining Room and Living Room. With the Accordion Doors I can shut the dining room off from the living room whenever I wished. Grandma's China Cabinet could go on the back wall - yeah! #2) The room between the living room and Kitchen is marked as an Office on the floorplan. That's what I'd leave it as; and put in a door. Floorplan shows one on the room, but I didn't see one when you were showing the place. Maybe I missed it. I think I'd have carpet in this room too. #3) I actually love the Kitchen and Pantry. The microwave is perfect height. Even the Island is okay. I might put wheels on it just so I can move it if I needed, but it looks like there is actually enough room for me to get around most of it even with my wheelchair! Might move it out and down a tad more toward the living room for a little extra room on the pantry side, but otherwise, the Kitchen is great! #4) The Utility Room is very nice! I'm very glad there is a place for a Freezer in there. Of course, out that back door we'd build a Garage with a Storage unit in it and probably a Pet Shower. Maybe even an extra Pantry for long-term food storage. #5) The Room marked on the floorplan as the Game Room, I think I'd leave it as a game room - putting a pool table right in the middle of it! I have always wanted one, but I'm not sure my balance is good enough to even play pool anymore. My husband might rather we'd use it as a TV/entrainment Room. I'd sure like to have the pool table though! If used as the TV/entrainment Room it would probably have carpet. But I'd get rid of those barn doors and put either Pocket Doors or another Accordion Door there. #6) Okay. The Guest Bedrooms number 2 & 3 on the floorplan, and the Bathroom between them, next to the Great Room and Dining Room, would be combined with one door leading into it and turned into the GYM. The Closet in bedroom #2 on the floorplan would be added to the Master Closet. I think we'd want an outside door in this section of rooms. #7) The In-laws Suite, Bedroom # 4 on floorplan, and the Bonus Room would be my rooms. Bonus Room would be turned into my Music/Studio Room and soundproofed, with maybe a small gas fireplace. The In-laws Bedroom would be turned into my Library with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace, with carpet in sitting area. I'd add an outside door leading out onto an enclosed porch from my Library as well. The Guest Bathroom on this end would be left as is! (#7.1,edit) If there is more room in the In-laws Suite and Bonus Rooms than there is in Bedrooms 2 & 3, husband may wish to change rooms with me - if he wants to, that's fine. He spoils me and usually gives me my way, but there are plenty of rooms in this house, so I'll let him have his pick this time!! #8) Only a couple things I'd change in the Master Suite. As I've already said, I'd add the closet from Bedroom 2 to the Master Closet. I also don't care for sinks sitting above the countertop! So I'd put regular sinks there. Unfortunately I'd have to replace the tub with a Handicapped Tub. It looked like there was enough room around the commode area for me to sit comfortably and if so I wouldn't need to do anything to this room; if not, I'd have to do something about it. That's all I think! #9) We'd add porches/decks all around the house to the garage. Some of them would be enclosed and some just covered. This place makes me wish very much that I'd win a Big Lottery so I could buy it and some land to put it on!!! Well I guess it's a good thing I'm pretty good at dreaming! Again Timothy, good video! ❤❤❤❤❤I absolutly really love the layout of this place! The flex room, I would turn into a kids playroom. I really love back splash behind the stove, as well as the island. I do like that shelf behind the washer & dryer. That bonus room, I would turn into a baby's room or play area, or turn that into a floor to ceiling bookshelves for a library with bench seating below the window. I really love that master suite, especially when you walk into it. I really love the master bath with the bowls for the sink, as wall as behind the double vanities. I do love that window above the kitchen sink. I do love that tub & I love that shower with the bench. I would do away with the vanity seatings. Or, for the bonus room, I would turn that into a storage room for holiday decorations/things you save up for a yard sale. I really love the walk in closet in the ensuite with the built in dresser & the shelves. OMG!!! I give this place 5 stars.

Timothy, I loved it. For the possible in-law apartment, I would make that bonus room into a kitchen -- if possible -- dependant upon the plumbing lines. The only thing I find that seems to be a running theme among ALL the triples, and singles, and for that matter doubles too, is they don't go everywhere with the hardwood/vct hardwood??? Flex Room. For me I turn that into some sort of storage for the vacuum and use it for another pantry since it's right next to the kitchen. Bonus Room. For me I think I will get the guys to made this house to turn this into a "hidden room", seal off the window and then I turn it into a gun collection room.

It is a beautiful home, but when you show those first two bedrooms, where is the bathroom for those bedrooms they have to go on the other side of the house to use the restroom in the middle of the night? I think that I would make that a Prayer closet in the bedroom with that extra room.
What i would want to change is probably cut out that "bonus" room in the in law suite and convert that closet in the hallway adjacent to it into a stairway to a basement, if one were to put the house on a basement foundation. living in an area susceptible to severe weather which includes tornadoes, i would hope thats a possibility.
I like it, but it feels a little bit like the designers couldn’t figure out how to use all of the square footage. The entire front half including the two bedrooms and the office space is great. Love the mud room. I would redesign the two large suites, eliminating the bonus room, and reduce the total length, square footage, and cost.
